Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive student admissions and business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and explain course offerings.
- Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Any Degree (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or EdTech is an added advantage.
