Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with two-wheeler dealers and channel partners for general insurance products. The role involves driving insurance sales, supporting dealer partners virtually, ensuring policy renewals, resolving partner queries, and achieving business targets through effective relationship management and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned two-wheeler dealers and channel partners through calls, video meetings, emails, and digital platforms.
- Drive sales of two-wheeler insurance products including new policies and renewals.
- Support dealers in policy issuance, endorsements, claims coordination, and documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up on insurance leads generated through dealer networks.
- Educate dealers about insurance products, processes, campaigns, and digital tools.
