AI Product Analyst
Location: Remote
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious AI Product Analyst to join the team at LSquared. In this role, you’ll work closely with AI-powered tools to create and refine high-quality test cases for customer demos and internal model training.
You’ll explore web applications, simulate real user interactions, and evaluate AI-generated outputs using human judgment and override tools where needed. Your work will directly contribute to improving product quality, model performance, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Use AI-powered tools to create intelligent test cases for customer demos and internal model training.
- Interact with web applications to simulate real user journeys and identify edge cases.
- Evaluate tool performance and use built-in override tools to guide or fix AI-generated test cases when needed.
- Apply human judgment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and quality in outputs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and ML teams by sharing feedback on tool behavior and test results.
- Help build and maintain a repository of high-quality, diverse test cases that improve the product over time.
About You
- Recently completed a Master’s degree, or hold a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience (internships, side projects, QA, or product testing).
- A structured thinker who enjoys exploring edge cases and solving real-world product issues.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating modern web applications and tools.
- Comfortable evaluating AI behavior, using override tooling, and applying human judgment where needed.
- Excited about AI and interested in contributing to human-in-the-loop systems that improve AI performance.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and contributing to product improvement every day.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Exposure to QA, software testing, or no-code automation tools.
- Experience with SaaS products or browser-based workflows.
- Interest in AI/ML-powered products and real-world user behavior.
