Job Description: Admission Counsellor

Overview
Cindrebay is hiring Senior Admission Counsellors to engage with students and parents, provide career guidance, and drive admissions across our centres. This role combines academic counselling with sales ownership, making you directly responsible for meeting admissions targets in your region.
We’re looking for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in sales or counselling, who are confident, target-driven, and passionate about helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, career paths, and admissions process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly admissions and revenue targets.
- Conduct calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and lead status in the CRM.
- Represent Cindrebay with professionalism and high ethical standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Counselling, or Academic Advising (EdTech preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English + Malayalam (mandatory for Kerala regions).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
