Front Office Executive – OPD & IPD Billing
Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, OPD/IPD billing, cash handling, insurance coordination, and providing excellent patient support while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and manage OPD appointments.
- Generate OPD and IPD bills and collect payments.
- Handle cash, card, UPI transactions, and maintain billing records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for patient admissions and discharges.
- Assist with insurance and TPA-related documentation.
- Address patient inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital front office and billing.
- Knowledge of OPD/IPD billing processes and hospital management software.
- Good communication, customer service, and computer skills.
