The ideal candidate should have strong classroom management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to supporting children's early development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behavior with patience and empathy.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
**Requirements:**
- Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a related field is a brownie point.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, energetic, creative, and child-friendly personality.
- Ability to handle children with care, confidence, and professionalism.
