Position: Staff Nurse
Location: Golden Living Rehab and Memory Care Hospital, Edayarpalayam
Shift: Rotational Shift (Day & Night)
Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing
Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide quality care to residents in our assisted living facility. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including mandatory night duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver basic and advanced nursing care to residents
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures
- Handle emergency situations efficiently
- Provide support in daily patient care and hygiene
- Coordinate with nursing assistants and caregivers
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Shift Requirements:
- Rotational shifts (Day & Night)
- Mandatory 12-hour night shift for 10 days per month
- Flexibility to work in shifts is essential
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of basic and advanced nursing procedures
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
- Accommodation and food available at concessional rates
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
