About the Role
AIS Developer LLP, developers of The Galleria — an LDA & RERA-approved commercial project in Gomti Nagar Extension — is looking for a Senior Digital Marketer to drive online lead generation, brand visibility, and performance marketing for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for real estate lead generation
- Manage SEO, website content, and organic social growth (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Own the marketing funnel — from ad spend to qualified lead handoff to sales team
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize CPL (cost per lead) for real estate audiences
- Coordinate with the sales team to align digital leads with CP/broker outreach
- Manage content calendar, creatives coordination, and influencer/local partnerships
- Track ROI and present monthly performance reports to leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a high-ticket sales domain
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and CRM-based lead tracking
- Prior experience managing marketing budgets independently
- Excellent communication skills, Hindi/English
