Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach,
LinkedIn, and other channels
● Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
● Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
● Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM
● Conduct market research to identify potential clients
● Follow up consistently with prospects
● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
● Meet monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3-6 months of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects
● Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
