Job Title: Personal Driver to Founder

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Personal Driver to provide transportation for our Founder. The ideal candidate should have an excellent driving record, maintain strict confidentiality, and demonstrate punctuality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport the Founder to meetings, office, airport, events, and other destinations.
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic and weather conditions.
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, servicing, and inspections.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Assist with occasional personal or business-related errands as required.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Founder's schedule, conversations, and personal information.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or travel when required.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal, executive, or chauffeur driver.
- Familiarity with local routes and navigation apps.
- Excellent punctuality, professionalism, and communication skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and courteous demeanor.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work flexible hours and on short notice.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
