Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data reporting, dashboards, and management information systems to support decision-making across departments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing reports, and ensuring timely insights for business operations, projects, and management.
Hands-on experience in SAP ERP is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple departments
- Maintain accurate databases and records
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance reports
Analysis & Insights
- Analyze operational and project data to identify trends and gaps
- Generate performance metrics, KPIs, and variance reports
- Support management with actionable insights and presentations
- Assist in forecasting and planning activities
System & Process Support
- Work extensively on SAP ERP for data extraction, report generation, and transaction monitoring
- Update ERP/CRM systems and ensure 100% data accuracy
- Automate reports using advanced Excel tools and formulas
- Improve reporting processes and data flow efficiency
- Coordinate with departments for timely and accurate data submission
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and records
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data
- Support audits and management reviews
Required Skills (Mandatory & Preferred)
Mandatory:
SAP ERP, Advanced MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Dashboard Creation, Data Analysis
Preferred:
Power Query, Power BI, ERP/CRM Systems, Data Automation, Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Communication Skills, Time Management
Qualification
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / Any discipline)
- Certification in MIS/Data Analytics/Excel preferred
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Data Analysis role
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience working on SAP ERP (mandatory)
- Experience in EPC/Manufacturing/Industrial environment preferred
