Job Description
Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / Diploma / Graduate with relevant experience in Purchase & Accounts. Experience in an HVAC, MEP company.
Experience: 1 to 4yrs
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/MEP materials is preferred, MS Excel, purchase invoices and accounting entries, negotiation and vendor communication skills, follow-up and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities – Purchase
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved requirements.
- Obtain quotations from approved/new vendors and prepare comparative statements.
- Coordinate with vendors for price, availability, delivery schedules and payment terms.
- Purchase HVAC materials such as:
- Copper pipes & fittings, GI/Aluminium sheets, Ducting materials, Insulation, Valves & piping accessories, Electrical/control materials, AHU/FCU accessories, Fasteners, consumables and installation materials
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
