Job Position: Fashion Consultant (Store)
Location: Nagpur (Ram Nagar)

Compensation: Rs 20,000 + incentives

Role Overview: We are hiring a Fashion Consultant who will play a key role in delivering a premium in-store experience. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer preferences, offering personalized styling advice, and driving sales through strong relationship-building and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in clients and understand their styling needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized outfit recommendations aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Drive conversions through effective communication and styling expertise.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in inventory handling and basic store operations.
- Handle customer queries, fittings, and coordination with the tailoring team if required.
Requirements:
-Experience in fashion retail or luxury sales preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good sense of styling, grooming, and fashion trends.
-Customer-first attitude with a sales-driven approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
