This is not just a social media role.
We need someone who can:
- Build growth strategies
- Bring real customers and leads
- Improve and manage our digital presence
- Optimize and fix websites
- Handle branding, marketing, and online positioning end-to-end
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and growing the entire online presence of all three businesses.
This includes:
- Marketing
- Branding
- Website optimization
- Customer acquisition
- SEO
- Social media growth
- Funnel creation
- Lead generation
- Digital positioning
We are looking for someone who can both strategize and execute.
Core Responsibilities1. Website & Digital Presence Management
- Improve and optimize existing websites
- Fix website structure, UI/UX, and branding issues
- Improve landing pages and conversion flow
- Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and mobile optimized
- Create better call-to-actions and lead capture systems
- Maintain consistency across all digital platforms
- Suggest redesigns/improvements where necessary
2. Growth Marketing & Lead Generation
- Bring real customers and business leads
- Build and execute growth strategies
- Run Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Create customer acquisition funnels
- Handle remarketing and retargeting campaigns
- Improve conversion rates and online visibility
3. Social Media & Brand Growth
- Grow Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn presence
- Develop content and branding strategies
- Plan Shorts/Reels/Video growth strategy
- Improve engagement and audience trust
- Maintain professional brand positioning
4. SEO & Online Visibility
- Handle on-page and off-page SEO
- Improve Google rankings
- Optimize local SEO for travel business
- Create traffic growth strategies
- Research keywords and content opportunities
Skills Required
Must have strong experience in:
