Will serve as a central point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, often acting as the "face" of the organisation.
- Communication Management: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and managing email correspondence.
- Reception Duties: Greeting and directing visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Clerical Tasks: Sorting and distributing mail, performing data entry, and handling document preparation .
- Scheduling: Coordinating meetings, managing office calendars, and making arrangements.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assisting with the creation of reports, memos, and presentations.
