Job Description
NOTE: THIS IS A 2-MONTH INTERNSHIP. PAID OPPORTUNITIES MAY BE OFFERED BASED ON PERFORMANCE ONLY.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller Intern to support our HR Recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting with various HR and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to candidates regarding internship and job opportunities.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening and collect relevant information.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the HR team.
- Update and maintain candidate records in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Manage recruitment databases and track candidate status.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Use recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and other office software efficiently.
- Support HR operations and administrative activities as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate or Graduate students from any discipline.
- BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, and HR-related backgrounds preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
