Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations through lab and pilot scale; conduct pre-formulation and compatibility studies; support scale-up, exhibit batches, and technology transfer; prepare development and regulatory documentation; and collaborate with QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory teams to ensure quality, compliance, and timelines.
