The Office Assistant will manage front-desk operations, patient coordination, basic clinical support, and assist in Ayurvedic medicine dispensing. The role requires a responsible, patient-friendly individual who can ensure smooth clinic functioning while guiding patients about their treatment and medicines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Patient Handling
- Greet and attend patients politely and professionally
- Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Maintain patient records (manual + digital)
- Guide walk-in patients about treatments, therapies, and process
2. Communication & Coordination
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
- Follow up with patients for appointments and therapies
- Coordinate between doctor, therapists, and patients
3. Administrative Work
- Maintain daily records (appointments, billing, patient flow)
- Handle billing, receipts, and basic accounts entry
- Maintain stock records of medicines and clinic supplies
- Assist in documentation and reporting
4. Medicine Preparation & Dispensing
- Prepare Ayurvedic medicines as per doctor’s prescription
- (churna packing, kadha preparation guidance, tablets, oils, etc.)
- Ensure proper labeling and dosage instructions
- Maintain hygiene and accuracy while handling medicines
- Monitor medicine stock and inform for replenishment5. Patient Guidance & Counseling Support
- Clearly explain medicine dosage, timing, and precautions to patients
- Guide patients about diet and lifestyle instructions as advised by doctor
- Ensure patient understands treatment plan and follows it properly
- Handle basic patient queries confidently (under doctor’s guidance)
6. Support in Marketing & Growth
- Help collect patient feedback and Google reviews
- Assist in WhatsApp follow-ups and promotional messages
- Support basic social media updates if required
7. Clinic Operations Support
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at reception
- Coordinate Panchakarma therapy schedules
- Ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting time
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Preference: Experience in clinic, pharmacy, or Ayurvedic setup
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, billing)
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

Working Hours
- Full-time (as per clinic timings)

- ₹13000 – ₹17000/month (based on experience)
