About the Role:
Join Naxose Supermarkets as a Customer Service Executive (CSA) and be the friendly face of our store! In this role, you'll assist customers, manage inquiries, and help create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
- Greet and guide customers, helping them locate products and answer questions.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Assist with billing queries, returns, and exchanges at the help desk.
Store Support:
- Ensure displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Support cashiers during peak hours by bagging items and managing queues.
- Help with promotional setups and in-store campaigns.
Service Desk Operations:
- Manage customer inquiries.
- Process loyalty program enrollments and assist with membership benefits.
- Handle basic billing and payment-related support.
Who We Are Looking For:
Preferred Experience:
- 6+ months in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or service industry).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
