Pixellab Media is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage order fulfillment, inventory, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shiprocket, Shopify, inventory management, and SKU handling to ensure seamless logistics and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing and dispatch through Shiprocket.
- Handle order management and fulfillment using Shopify.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Create, organize, and manage SKU codes for products.
- Coordinate with courier partners, vendors, and suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and handle returns (RTO/exchanges).
- Ensure accurate packing, invoicing, and dispatch documentation.
- Generate logistics and inventory reports using Excel.
- Work closely with the operations team to improve logistics efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or supply chain.
- Hands-on experience with Shiprocket and Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and SKU management.
- Familiarity with order processing, dispatch, and courier coordination.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (reports, inventory tracking, MIS).
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling high-volume e-commerce orders.
- Knowledge of return management (RTO), exchanges, and inventory reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and stock audits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
