We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the hospital reception and provide excellent service to patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the reception.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Guide patients to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Handle billing-related queries and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and data entry).
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
