About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Senior Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our leadership team. In this role, you will drive the design philosophy and technical execution of high-profile, complex architectural projects from concept to completion. You will bridge creative innovation with structural reality, managing multi-disciplinary teams and nurturing key client relationships to deliver world-class spaces.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Design Leadership: Orchestrate the conceptualization, development, and execution of major architectural designs across a diverse portfolio.
- Project Governance: Oversee entire project lifecycles, taking ownership of timelines, high-level budgets, and resource allocation.
- Technical Excellence: Supervise and approve comprehensive construction documents, specifications, and strict zoning/building code compliance.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary advisor for principal clients, presenting sophisticated design proposals and leading negotiations.
- Team Mentorship: Guide, inspire, and mentor junior and intermediate architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
- Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and municipal authorities.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 5+ years of proven professional experience in a leading architectural firm.
- Education: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Licensed Architect (AIA or equivalent active registration) is strongly preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and modern BIM workflows, alongside visualization tools like SketchUp or Rhino.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of building materials, construction methods, zoning laws, and sustainable design standards (LEED accreditation is a plus).
- Leadership Traits: Outstanding communication, executive presentation skills, and a track record of successfully guiding design teams.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
