- Ascertain the project goals, budgets, and overall key factors.
- Plan, schedule, and predict technical difficulties that may arise during the project.
- Provide a suitable resource to the project to ensure viability.
- Ensure the project is of high quality from start to finish.
- Use project management software to keep track of the project.
- Set KPIs and goals for the project with the project team.
- Liaise with the project team to understand any issues or delays in the project.
- Provide technical advice and support to other team members working on the project.
- Provide project reports to executives.
- Work in line with health and safety guidelines
