Job Summary
Caspian Techpark is seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee overall security operations, parking management, and rotary parking activities at our IT park facility located in Infopark Phase II, Kakkanad. Ex-Army, Ex-Police, and Ex-Navy candidates are highly preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities in managing security teams, vehicle movement, access control systems, and parking operations.
Key Responsibilities
Security Operations
- Supervise and manage all deployed security guards across the facility.
- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower deployment plans.
- Monitor access control, visitor management, gate operations, and patrol activities.
- Ensure implementation of security policies, SOPs, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inspections of security posts and operational areas.
- Handle security incidents, investigations, and incident reporting.
- Coordinate with facility management, tenants, vendors, and contractors on security-related matters.
- Maintain attendance, deployment records, incident logs, and daily operational reports.
- Ensure discipline, grooming standards, and performance monitoring of security personnel.
Parking & Traffic Management
- Manage overall parking operations within the tech park premises.
- Supervise vehicle entry and exit movement to maintain smooth traffic flow.
- Coordinate parking allocation for tenants, visitors, and management staff.
- Monitor parking compliance and resolve parking-related issues.
- Ensure proper traffic control during peak office hours and special events.
- Coordinate with parking staff for efficient utilization of parking areas.
Rotary Parking Operations
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the rotary parking system.
- Ensure safe operation and compliance with rotary parking procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams regarding breakdowns and preventive maintenance requirements.
- Monitor vehicle placement, retrieval process, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines while operating rotary parking facilities.
- Report equipment issues and support operational continuity.
Team Leadership & Administration
- Lead, train, and mentor security and parking teams.
- Conduct induction and refresher training programs.
- Ensure proper shift handovers and operational continuity.
- Support manpower planning and deployment activities.
- Maintain professional coordination with all stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1–5 years in Security Supervision / Facility Security / Parking Operations.
- Experience in IT Parks, Commercial Buildings, Business Parks, Malls, Airports, Industrial Facilities, or Large Campuses preferred.
- Preference for Ex-Army / Ex-Police / Ex-Navy personnel.
- Knowledge of access control systems, visitor management, incident handling, and parking operations.
- Experience handling large teams and shift operations.
- Basic computer knowledge for reports, attendance, and documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Retired Defence Personnel or Former Police Officials are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
