We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts & Finance Manager with 4–6 years of experience to oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial planning, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the finance function while supporting business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, payroll, and all statutory compliances.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and vendor payments.
- Conduct profitability analysis for business units, projects, and international medical transfer cases.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Support pricing, costing, and commercial decisions through financial analysis.
- Drive process improvements and automation using ERP/CRM and accounting software.
- Assist management with strategic financial planning and business decision-making.
Eligibility
- B.Com (Mandatory).
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong understanding of Indian taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Tourism, Aviation, Logistics, Hospitality, or Service Industries will be preferred.
Technical Skills
- Tally Prime / Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, MIS Reporting).
- ERP/CRM-integrated accounting systems.
- Financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.
