Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, attendance tracking, labor compliance, and HR support for both office and site employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment for engineers, supervisors, and site workers.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and overtime details.
- Support workforce management at construction sites.
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors for manpower requirements.
- Organize employee induction and safety training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce.
- Ability to manage multiple project/site requirements.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
