Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow UI Builder Playbook Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, UI Builder, and Playbook development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing modern, intuitive, and scalable user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder, creating reusable UI components, configuring Playbooks, and integrating them seamlessly with ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities.
The successful candidate should possess strong expertise in Now Experience Framework, ServiceNow platform customization, UI/UX best practices, and integration with backend workflows to deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow UI Builder Playbooks for enterprise applications.
- Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable UI solutions.
- Build reusable UI components, custom pages, templates, and widgets to ensure consistency across ServiceNow applications.
- Configure and customize Playbooks to improve user productivity and business process automation.

- Troubleshoot UI rendering, client scripting, Playbook configurations, and platform-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, design documents, and user manuals.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
- Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, Now Experience enhancements, and UI Builder capabilities.

- Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
- Ensure platform governance, coding standards, and development quality.
