Position: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with store managers and department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and grievance resolution initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports, HR MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee development programs.
- Manage joining formalities, induction programs, confirmations, and exit processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail recruitment, manpower planning, and employee relations.
- Experience in bulk hiring and handling multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of HR operations, labor compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
