About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in corporate administration, strong coordination skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, facility maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics coordination.
- Maintain office assets, records, documents, and administrative databases.
- Manage courier services, dispatches, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Monitor office expenses and assist with vendor invoice processing.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to provide administrative support.
- Assist management in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of travel management and facility administration.
Eligibility
- Candidates must be based in Delhi/NCR or willing to commute to Okhla Phase II on a daily basis.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
