- Assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room and ensuring all necessary equipment is sterile and ready.
- Provide direct support to the surgeon and surgical team during operations.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs during surgery and report any changes to the surgeon.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating theatre.
- Administer post-operative care and help in the recovery process.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient details, surgical procedures, and any medications administered.
- Handle surgical instruments and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
- Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.
