We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Trainee Electrical Engineer who is ready to work on real projects, not just paperwork. This is a hands-on role involving electrical systems, panels, motors, wiring, and on-site troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment
- Support motor connections (star/delta), VFD installation, and panel wiring
- Read and understand electrical drawings and single-line diagrams
- Conduct basic testing and fault diagnosis
- Maintain site safety and follow electrical standards
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Support maintenance and breakdown activities
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Basic understanding of motors, MCC panels, contactors, relays, and VFDs
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel to sites if required
- Strong problem-solving attitude
