We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shawarmashi outlets. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the food & beverage industry, have strong leadership skills, and be willing to travel regularly between outlets to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily operations across multiple Shawarmashi outlets.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation are maintained.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Train, guide, and monitor outlet managers and staff on operational SOPs and customer service.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and overall customer experience.
- Monitor inventory management, stock control, and wastage.
- Coordinate with the central kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Prepare outlet inspection reports and share recommendations with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory food safety regulations.
- Support new outlet openings, staff onboarding, and operational setup.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
