Design thoughtfully for AI-driven uncertainty — creating clear empty states, loading and streaming experiences, editable AI outputs, graceful error states, and human-in-the-loop interactions that build user trust and transparency.
Translate ideas into tangible design solutions quickly through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and low- to high-fidelity UI designs.
Leverage AI-assisted design tools to explore multiple design directions, iterate faster, and validate concepts efficiently.
Communicate design intent clearly through user journeys, sketches, prototypes, interaction flows, and visual narratives.
Contribute to and evolve the design system, creating reusable components and patterns that improve consistency, scalability, and development efficiency.
Use data and experimentation — including product analytics, A/B testing, and usability findings — to validate design decisions and continuously improve user experiences.
Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineers to understand requirements, define user needs, and translate them into clear design specifications.
Work closely with engineers throughout implementation to ensure the final product is accurate, accessible, responsive, and aligned with the intended design.
Participate in design reviews, gather feedback, and continuously refine solutions based on user needs, business objectives, and product performance.
