We are looking for highly skilled Full Stack Developers to join our engineering team in Bangalore. You will play a crucial role in building next-generation healthcare applications using .NET, Angular, and AWS. Because we deal with sensitive medical data, a strong emphasis on security, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and robust architecture is at the core of everything we build.
Core Technical Requirements (Both Roles)
- Backend: Deep expertise in C# and .NET Core / .NET 5+. Strong experience building secure, scalable RESTful Web APIs and microservices.
- Frontend: Proficiency in Angular (recent versions), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience building accessible and intuitive user interfaces for medical professionals or patients.
- Cloud (AWS): Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/SQS) with a focus on implementing secure cloud architectures.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB. Experience managing complex, highly relational data securely.
- DevOps & Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Healthcare Domain Edge (Highly Preferred):
- Experience working with healthcare data interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) integrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance, PHI (Protected Health Information) handling, and robust data encryption practices.
Role-Specific ResponsibilitiesSenior Software Engineer (7–10 Years Experience)
As an SSE, you will be a core contributor, building secure features that directly impact patient care and operational efficiency.
- Development: Design and write clean, maintainable, and testable full-stack code for our core healthcare products.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all code adheres to strict healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy protocols.
- Integration: Build and maintain secure APIs for integrating our platforms with external hospital systems and third-party medical devices.
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous peer code reviews to maintain high standards of security and performance.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and advocate for engineering best practices within your pod.
Staff Software Engineer (10–14 Years Experience)
As a Staff Engineer, you will drive the technical vision for our healthcare platforms, focusing on system architecture, data security at scale, and engineering excellence.
- Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural design of highly available, distributed, and compliant enterprise healthcare applications.
- Cloud & Security Strategy: Design robust AWS cloud infrastructures, ensuring zero-compromise security, scalability, and disaster recovery for sensitive patient data.
- Technical Vision: Drive the adoption of modern frameworks and healthcare interoperability standards (like FHIR) across multiple engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Compliance, and Security teams to translate clinical and regulatory requirements into technical roadmaps.
- System Optimization: Proactively identify architectural bottlenecks and technical debt, ensuring our systems can handle high-throughput clinical data efficiently.
