Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front-office operations while handling inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing inquiries, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
The Telecaller cum Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, students, parents, clients, and business visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, parents, and clients.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a professional office environment.
- Handle visitor registrations and appointments.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor schedules.
- Receive and distribute documents, couriers, and correspondence.
Telecalling & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to inquiries regarding company services, courses, programs, or products.
- Qualify leads should be updated through google sheets for better tracking.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and counseling sessions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and students through out the calls.
- Maintain daily call records and lead databases.
Customer Service & Support
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication with clients and prospects.
Administrative Support
- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and data entry tasks.
- Manage attendance records and visitor logs.
- Support management with administrative activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
Admissions & Student Coordination (For Educational Institutions)
- Guide students and parents regarding courses and programs.
- Schedule counseling sessions and admission appointments.
- Follow up on admission inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain student inquiry records and admission databases.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Graduates are preferred.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Reception, Telecalling, Customer Support, Front Office, or Administration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Both English and Tamil, with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Evening
- Update inquiry and lead records.
- Submit daily activity report.
- Prepare next-day follow-up schedule.
