Job Profile:
1) Complete In-Depth knowledge of all kinds of Readymade Garments (Mens Wear, Ladies Wear & Kids Wear).
2) Knowledge of Measurements and Tech Sheets of All Kinds of Garments.
3) The Candidates should be willing to Travel at a Short Notice , Any Number of Times and may be posted Anywhere in India. Immediate Travel Schedules may be given and the Candidate should be very open to all the Travelling Aspects which also includes the Mode of Travel with any Decent Mode of Travelling and to be open to travel without putting any Personal Issues or Travelling Issues as whatsoever it won’t be entertained. As of now the Candidates are required for Delhi and Ludhiana and will be placed at these places on Long Term Basis, But in future may be relocated to Anywhere our Company’s orders are running.
4) The Candidate will be responsible for :
· Understanding the Order in Depth and Studying the File Properly.
· He has to Daily and Regularly Follow-Up with the concerned Merchandiser.
· Following up with the Factory to make sure the Fabric has come In-House in a Reasonable Time.
· Making sure the Fabric received in Correct and as per the Requirement.
· Making sure that the Approval Samples are sent in a Reasonable Time and they are exactly made as per the Requirement.
· Making sure the Pattern is Perfect and comments are followed.
· Making sure that the Reapproval Samples if any are sent in reasonable time and they are made exactly as per the requirement.
· Making sure that the Factory is Cutting Goods as per the PO (Nothing in Excess or Nothing Short).
· Checking the Pilot Run and making sure all is Perfect.
· Making sure All Sizes are Correct.
· Making sure the Style is as Required.
· Making sure the Colors, Prints, Tie-Dyes all are Perfect as per Requirement.
· Making sure the Accessories received are as per the Requirement.
· Making sure that the Goods are Perfect and there is No Issue whatsoever regarding Sizes, Colors, Styles, Fabric Defects, Holes, Printing Defects, Stains, Tie Dye Stains, Shade Variations, Wrong Barcoding, Wrong Labeling, Size Jump Etc. and any other Production Related Issues.
· Making sure that the Goods are Packed as per the Requirement and the Barcoding / Price Ticketing is Perfect.
· Sending all the Samples as per the Requirement.
· Making sure that the Goods are not Delayed and has to fight for this with the Factory and Anyhow has to make sure all is Perfect and On Time.
· The Goods on Packing List and Actual Goods Tally.
· The Styles in the Carton Boxes are as per the Style No. mentioned on the Box and on Packing List. The Carton Boxes are strong enough.
5) If the Candidate is handling the Order Since Day 1 and if any issue is brought to our Notice at the Last Moment, then Serious Action will be taken against the Candidate.
6) There is No Time Constraint for this Job as the Candidate has to make sure that the Goods Leave on Time, So will have to put in Late Hours.
7) The Candidate has to be 100% Responsible for his Inspections as based on their Inspection the Company Ships the Goods. If the Client Complains of Any Issue regarding Quality, then the Strict Action will be taken against the Candidate for Lapse on their part.

12) Personal Phone Calls and Social Media, Etc Not Allowed in our Working Hours. Only Emergency Calls would be Allowed or Official Calls.
14) Office Timings are from 9.30 AM to 7.00 PM, But being a Quality Controller and Factory Inspections, Job Timing may vary and may have to work late at times due to Nature of Business.
