Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present products/services effectively and negotiate deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and coordinate with the management team.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
