We’re looking for a high-energy, organized and people-friendly HR Executive who wants to build a strong foundation across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Plum’s People Team and get exposure to the employee lifecycle—from identifying and coordinating with candidates to onboarding employees and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
While the role will be on a third-party payroll, the selected candidate will be deployed full-time at Plum’s Head Office in Thane and work closely with the internal HR team.

Support end-to-end recruitment coordination across multiple functions.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate offer documentation and pre-joining engagement.

Follow up with candidates through the joining process.

Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data.

Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Coordinate documentation and employee record management.

Maintain HR trackers, employee databases and other operational records.

Support attendance, payroll inputs and employee lifecycle documentation.

Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for HR-related requirements.

Support exit documentation and separation formalities.

Assist the People Team with other HR operational activities as required.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, Commerce or a related discipline.

Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience/internship.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Genuine interest in building a career in HR.

Basic understanding of Recruitment and HR Operations.

Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining trackers.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Communication: You should be comfortable interacting confidently and professionally with candidates, employees and business stakeholders.
