Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Explain courses and services clearly
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Handle customer questions professionally
- Coordinate with the sales and counseling team
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
