We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead and expand our Textile & Innerwear business across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth and managing dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the assigned sales territory to achieve business targets
- Appoint, support, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail outlets
- Identify new market opportunities and expand brand presence
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
- Lead market visits, retailer meetings, and promotional activities
- Ensure proper merchandising, product visibility, and in-store branding
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
- Prepare territory sales reports, market analysis, and sales forecasts
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Textile / Innerwear / Apparel sales
- Prior experience in territory handling or channel sales preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of distributor management and retail market operations
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
