Business Development Executive
We're looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role. Experience with platforms like Upwork or other freelancing marketplaces will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Handling, or Lead Generation.
- Experience with Upwork or similar bidding platforms is preferred.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through social media, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and similar marketplaces.
- Prepare proposals and communicate effectively with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and successful delivery.
- Support marketing and lead generation initiatives.
- Maintain client and lead records using CRM tools.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Experience with Upwork or other bidding platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
