Key Responsibilities :
Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct daily cycle counts, and perform monthly physical audits.
Order parts through OEM/vendor systems, monitor Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and track back-orders.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure zero vehicle idle time due to parts unavailability.
Achieve monthly departmental sales targets for counter and workshop parts.
Hire, train, supervise, and mentor department staff.
Maintain accurate ledgers, monitor stock turnover ratios, and prepare MIS reports.
Requirements & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience,
5 to 8+ years of experience managing spare parts in an automotive, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environment.
Proficiency in ERP, DMS software, or Tally, and electronic parts catalogs.
Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
