Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive with tele-calling experience to handle customer interactions and provide excellent support. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
- Meet daily call quality and performance targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 0.6 to 1 year of experience in customer support or tele-calling
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Tamil
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy

Pay: ₹12,000.15 - ₹30,000.40 per month
