Job Role:
Looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to manage a service section, supervise waiters, and ensure smooth restaurant operations while delivering excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned service section during operations
- Supervise waiters and ensure timely service
- Take orders and handle guest requests professionally
- Train junior staff on service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
Experience Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in restaurant service
- Experience as Senior Steward or Captain preferred
- Good communication and service knowledge
