That Candidate will majorly taking care of "Admission related Counsellors Query/Concerns (on ZOHO CRM & Calls as well)” & “TOPIC Finalization Work”.
His/her working hours (shift timing) will be 12:30 PM to 9 PM (there's no any Sunday off for the said candidate, but he/she can take off on anyone working day).
I would request you to, please first try to find this via "IJP method" and if it'll not give us the successful results then you can proceed for a "New Hire" and he/she will handle the said responsibilities.
Basic Skills required:
* Good Computer Knowledge
* Proactiveness
* Communication skills
* At least Graduated
* Having Educational Job background (would be preferable)
* knowledge of Courses, Subjects, Universities, Courses basic Proceedings (would be preferable)
