1. Business Generation from new customers pertaining to Cold Chain
2.Business Generation from Existing customers.
3. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters:
4. Timely addressing of customer queries / updates required
5. Timely submission of custom reports (RFID Data, Aging reports etc)
6. Purchase Order verification
7. Initial negotiation / renewals of contracts
8. Co-ordination with internal functional teams to ensure the timely and successful deliveries as per the agreement
9. Provide monthly update reports to management (Sales Tracker Sheet) with Reporting Manager & MD every month.
10.Existing Account Billing ( Cold-chain, Pharma)
11.Ensure invoices are complete (in all aspects to the services provided) and error free
- Ensure to provide complete details prior to raising the invoice:
1. any revision in rates
2. confirmation on movements in the month, warehousing space utilized (if applicable)
3. out of contract services provided
4. approvals from client for special services
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
