We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining immigration and visa services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain immigration, study visa, work permit, visitor visa, and PR services.
- Qualify leads and understand clients' immigration requirements.
- Schedule appointments for visa counselors and consultants.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update client information in the CRM.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure a smooth client handover.
- Stay updated on company services and basic immigration processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or the immigration industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in immigration, education, travel, or visa consulting.
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and professional telephone etiquette.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
