About the Role
Inexoft Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in software support, client communication, and technical troubleshooting.
As a Technical Support Executive, you will assist customers with software-related queries, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth user experience. You will also work closely with the development and implementation teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding software applications and system usage.
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and remote support sessions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring proper follow-up and closure.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
- Assist with software installation, configuration, and user onboarding activities.
- Support software implementation and client training programs.
- Visit client locations for support and implementation activities when required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: BCA, MCA, B.Sc Computer Science, B.Com, M.Com, or related fields.
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in technical support, software support, or customer service can also apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Kannur and nearby locations.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and software systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good coordination and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client support and implementation activities when required.

- Familiarity with ERP, billing, or business management software.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries and database concepts.
- Previous experience in technical support, software support, or customer service.
