About the Role
Country Inn Jalandhar by Espire Hospitality Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Housekeeping GSAs to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and assigned sections.
- Ensure rooms are prepared according to hotel standards before guest arrival.
- Replenish guest supplies, amenities, and linen as required.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and room discrepancies promptly.
- Follow hotel cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Assist in deep cleaning schedules and special housekeeping projects.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- Prior housekeeping experience in hotels is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of housekeeping operations and cleanliness standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties efficiently.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with hotel industry experience will be preferred.
- Local candidates from Jalandhar and nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
