About the Role
Telentrovia Placements is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with international students and job seekers in the USA who are actively seeking employment opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy research, communication, networking, and helping candidates advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads of international students and job seekers looking for employment opportunities in the USA.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, social media platforms, online communities, job portals, and networking groups.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective candidates.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Collect and verify candidate information, including education, work authorization, skills, and job preferences.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and daily activities.
- Meet assigned lead generation targets and performance goals.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic internet research and data collection skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, and online networking tools.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in lead generation, recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
